Recipe Four – Krinos

Chickpea Fritters
Ingredients
- 1 can (400gr) Palirria Greek Island Chickpeas
- 2 tbsp Krinos Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Krino Oregano
- 2 tbsp Parsley Chopped
- Juice of half a lemon
- 1 cup All Purpose Flour
- Sunflower oil for frying
Instructions
Place Greek Island Chickpeas into a food processor and pulse chop until a chunky mixture is formed. Place chickpea mixture into a bowl with the rest of the ingredients and mix until combined.
Create 2-3” size patties and lightly coat with flour. Heat oil on medium-high heat.
Fry the patties for approximately 3-4 minutes on each side. Serve warm with tzatziki.
